437During the Revival of the new era of powerful state, as a result of the wise domestic and foreign policy of the Honorable President, our country is flourishing day by day. In order for our people to live a prosperous life, the President of Turkmenistan is constantly implementing great projects. Educating young people on the basis of national spiritual values created by our people over the millennia, forming perfect generations who are proud of the level our country has reached, loyal to society, hardworking, scientific and educated, who contribute worthy to the comprehensive development of the country, is an important direction of the President's state policy. In this regard, it should be noted that young citizens are surrounded by special concern in our country today.
The adoption of the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan "On the State Program of the State Policy on Youth in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025" is aimed at ensuring the political rights and freedoms of the young citizens of the country, their active participation in the economic, political and cultural life of the state and society, as well as instilling in them a high spirit and gives a great impetus to the formation of moral principles, to educate the growing generation in the spirit of patriotism, humanitarianism and hard work.
Based on the President's concerns about the youth, continuous work is being carried out by professors and teachers in Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov. In accordance with the "Plan of Actions to be Implemented for the Implementation of the State Program of the State Policy on Youth in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025", regular activities were carried out in our university.
In the country under the leadership of the honorable President, the state-level concerns about the young generation are yielding positive results. Today, in our motherland, which is among the rapidly developing countries of the world, the rights of Turkmen youth are protected, their dignity is respected, and the necessary conditions are created to improve their living standards and social security.
As our Hero Arkadag said, "Scientific discoveries and inventions of scientists, first of all, have a positive effect on our state stability, they are spreading it" - the role of youth in the scientific research activities carried out in research institutes and higher education institutions in the country is very important.

Currently, there are 9 scientific clubs in our university, and several projects are being carried out by the members of the institute.

A number of scientific and publicist articles of young scientists are regularly published in newspapers and magazines of the country. In addition, several scientific conferences on improving the work of the Council of Young Scientists, scientific meetings with scientists and technicians of research institutions operating in the country are regularly held. Also, the students of our university organize regular presentations on TV and radio stations, they speak on the science and education policy of the state, the bright future of the young generation, and the development of our country.
On January 27, members of the Council of Young Scientists of our university actively participated in the scientific-practical meeting held at the Technology Center on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Young Scientists Center. A total of 10 scientific articles of our university's professors and students were published in the II volume collection of scientific articles entitled "Scientific results of young scientists of Independent and Neutral Turkmenistan" published on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Center of Young Scientists.
Scientific articles were published in "Science and Technology in Turkmenistan" and "Youth Science and Technology" scientific journals.
Achievements in scientific and creative competitions held in the country.
Young teachers and students of our university actively participate in the competition of scientific works announced by the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly. Young talented teachers and students of our university participated in this competition announced in 2022 with their scientific works.
According to the results of the competition:
- the teacher of the Department of Agricultural Products of our university Sh.Shahiyev, became first prize winner in the fields of biotechnology, molecular biology, agriculture, ecology and genetics,;
- S. Muhammedova, a 4th year student of the Textile Production Faculty of our university was awarded the III place in the fields of biotechnology, molecular biology, agriculture, ecology and genetics.
In addition, the 5th-year student of the Faculty of Agricultural Economics and Management of our university, D. Rustemov, won the 1st place, and the 4th-year student of the Faculty of Textiles S. Muhammedova was awarded the III place in the competition of scientific projects of young scientists called "Scientific Youth is the Foundation of Perseverance", which is held every year on the occasion of Science Day.
D. Rustemov, a 5th-year student of the Faculty of Agricultural Economics and Management, participated in the innovative project competition held by higher educational institutions of the country and won several prizes with the project work «Digital Greenhouse".

K. Amanov, a 5th-year student of the Faculty of Agricultural Products Processing of our university, participated in the "Student of the Year-2022" state educational competition organized jointly by the Ministry of Education and the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and won the grand prize.
Scientific and creative competitions held by the Council of Young Scientists within the university.
Several contests were held among students in order to increase the enthusiasm of students studying at our university, to create love for our Motherland, our nation, and our people, as well as to identify talented students.
Contests held:
- In December 2021, on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of our Eternal Neutrality, a contest was held among scientific clubs to create a wall newspaper.
- In December 2021, a "Botany" competition was held among students of the Faculty of Agronomy and Agroecology in the organization of the "Young Agroecologist" club;
- In December 2021, a crossword puzzle competition was held among all students of the university on the course "Agrochemistry" at the organization of the "Young agrochemical" club;
From February 1 to 4, the competition "Digital system and information security" was held;
- In order to make the learning of foreign languages more active, a competition was held between January 31 and February 3 under the name "I have a language - I have a world";
- On February 11, 2022, a book reading competition was held among students called "The book is the model of the heart of mankind" (the novels "Döwlet guşy" and "Älem içre at gezer" were presented to the competition);
- On February 15, 2022, the final round of the talent competition "Mind Space" was held among the faculties of the university;
- The results of the essay writing contest announced among university students on March 19, 2022 were summarized (the essay writing contest was announced on February 9, and 3 areas for essay writing were determined);
- In March, a crossword-solving competition was held among all 1st-year students of our university at the organization of the "Young agro chemist" club.
- In March, a physics evening was organized by the Department of Natural Sciences of our university. Members of the "Quant" organization, which is part of the Council of Young Scientists of our university, took an active part in this event.
- On March 26, a competition called "Knowers" was held among the 1st year students of the Faculty of Agroecology at the organization of the "Young agroecologist" club.
- On June 8, 2022, an exhibition project competition was held among university students, and the winning projects won the right to participate in the exhibition project competition of young scientists' scientific works held in the country on the occasion of Science Day;
- In addition, young teachers and students of our university actively participate in scientific and creative contests announced by higher educational institutions of the country.
During the reporting period, a number of scientific seminars were organized in order to improve the research activities of students. Such trainings were organized in the "Young agroecologist", "Young agrochemist", "Master agronomist", "Innovation food technologist", "Young veterinarian" clubs operating in our university. During the scientific seminars, the experienced professors spoke to the students about the significance and importance of methods in conducting scientific research.
In accordance with the plan jointly approved by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Central Council of the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly of Turkmenistan, the total amount from our university is to support the improvement of the work of scientific institutions operating in higher education institutions, to attract talented young students to research, scientific projects and scientific-creative activities. 12 scientific and project works were transferred to the "Technology Transfer Center" of the Center of Technologies. Scientific and project work is ongoing.
Organized by the Center of Young Scientists under the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Youth Organization named after "The role of young scientists in the implementation of state policy under the leadership of our Scientist Arkadag in the training of scientists and high-level specialists for the sectors of the economy and in the activation of scientific research in higher education institutions" Our higher education institution regularly participates and he spoke in the video conferences.
Today, with the initiatives of our Hero Arkadag, with the close support of the Honorable President, we guide our youth to various professions, help them adapt to the labor market, guide young people who are passionate about entrepreneurship to entrepreneurship, teach young entrepreneurs how to do business, organize their consultations and meetings in this field, and provide appropriate support. Extensive work is being carried out.
In this regard, scientific meetings and consultations are held every Saturday in our higher educational institution with the participation of members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of our country, members of the economic society "Ter Onum", scientists and specialists of research institutions, teachers and students of higher educational institutions. The students of our higher education institution regularly participate in these scientific meetings and deeply study the scientific and economic foundations of the agricultural industry. Entrepreneurs who speak at scientific meetings will discuss the resources needed to start and establish a telecommunications business, the effective work in creating an abundance of goods in the domestic markets of the country and the development of the construction industry, entrepreneurship in the conditions of the market economy, the use of property, the sale of goods, to corporate and private parties. they talk about self-employment that aims to benefit through service. Today, our youth are deeply interested in innovation, science, medicine, and IT technology. The main purpose of the scientific meeting is to encourage our youth and show them the right way of development. One of our main goals is to develop capable, healthy young people who are able to engage in business and create.
