235In the "Innovation Engineering Technology" scientific club of the Faculty of Agricultural Products Processing, innovative technologies of processing flour, bread, grain and leguminous plants, modern methods of processing fruit and vegetable and garden products, modern technologies of production and storage of vegetable oil are being carried out successfully.
The projects of the young scientists and students of the university, such as "Development of the technology of making kvass from milk whey on a scientific basis and presenting it to production", "Innovative technology of dairy products" are highly appreciated in various state level competitions.
