The University's "Altyn Asyr" Cultural Center was established in March 1999 and has become a cultural center for all student youth.

Art enthusiastic students of the Cultural Center regularly take part in competitions and literary broadcasts of Turkmenistan's TV channels. Congratulations to the successful participants of the Golden Age Cultural Center of the University at the annual creative festival "Student Enthusiasm" among students of the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan. they were.
