850 With the help of scientific-pedagogical staff, students' scientific research and creative work, development of science, training of highly professional scientific-pedagogical staff is one of the main tasks of the university. Scientific-production experimental centers have a great role in conducting fundamental and scientific-practical researches in various fields of science, in publishing monographs, books, scientific and scientific-public journals, booklets, collections in order to spread the scientific achievements of our higher educational institution to the world; achieving coordination of education with science and industry and mutual connection with educational systems of foreign countries.
Livestock and Veterinary Research and Production Center, Research and Production Research Center in Magtymguly Etrap of Balkan Velayat, Botanic Garden are functioning in the structure of the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University. Research activities "Improving seed quality and increasing productivity by inseminating local cattle with European Simmental bulls", "Improving seed quality and increasing productivity by artificially inseminating Karakoli sheep", "Development of the technology of preparation of oily extract of garlic against pneumonia, diarrhea and monesiosis of young cattle", "Investigation of the possibilities of preparation of feed mixture for broiler chickens using herbs produced in our country", “Vaccine development and introduction to production" are being conducted in the Livestock and Veterinary Research and Production Center, "Using wild fruit plants in the enrichment of the garden complex" in Research and Production Research Center in Magtymguly Etrap, and in the botanical garden "Introduction of species of Myrtaceae family in the botanical garden of the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University ".
